1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trapezi (the "Service"), including our QR ordering, table management, and digital checkout solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Trapezi provides an automated hospitality software suite enabling dining patrons to view digital menus, place orders at restaurant tables, request service, and complete bill payments via integrated payment methods (including UPI, Cards, and Net Banking).

3. User & Merchant Responsibilities

Restaurant partners are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of menu pricing, item availability, food preparation quality, and restaurant contact information. Customers are responsible for verifying their order selections and table numbers prior to submitting payment.

4. Payment Processing

Payments processed through the platform are routed through authorized banking and payment aggregator partners in full compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PINs or card CVVs.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
